After missing three games with a left thigh injury, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant will return for a Sunday afternoon contest against the Phoenix Suns, according to ESPN.
Durant, 32, injured the thigh in last Sunday’s 109-107 loss to the Miami Heat.
Durant, who is averaging 27.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists, has played in just 24 of Brooklyn’s 60 games this season. He recently returned from a 23-game absence due to a hamstring injury.
The Nets (40-20) went 2-1 in the three games Durant missed this week.
Brooklyn also continues to be without star guard James Harden (hamstring), who will sit out for the 10th straight game.
