Chicago Bears fans are not in a forgiving mood on the heels of the holiday season.

After letting kicker Eddy Pineiro know just how much they loathe his struggles earlier in the season, they didn’t waste any time at Soldier Field during Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.

Pineiro legitimately booted the opening kickoff out of bounds, setting the Giants up at their own 40-yard line.

Bears fans were having none of it.

Fans watching the game from the comfort of their own homes were not any more forgiving after this disastrous start to the game from the team’s kicker.

Pineiro shouldn’t be too concerned. We fully expect Bears fans to turn their attention to quarterback Mitchell Trubisky at some point soon.

Yeah, the 2019 season is not going swimmingly in the Windy City.
