It was a pretty eerie sight inside the Superdome Sunday afternoon as the New Orleans Saints hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Per orders from local authorities, no fans were allowed in attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the end, Drew Brees and his Saints outlasted Tom Brady and Co. by the score of 34-23. It’s a game that saw Brady throw a pick-six in his debut with the Buccaneers.

Meanwhile, star Saints defender Cameron Jordan also made waves in Nola by apparently punching an opponent.

Following the game, one of the NFL’s best players decided to troll Buccaneers fans. It was something else.

Talk about adding insult to injury. It’s obvious that the Saints have one of the NFL’s top home-field advantages given their ability to play in a dome. The same can’t be said for the Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.

We can bet that fans in Tampa Bay will remember this when their team hosts the Saints on Nov. 8. Whether said fans are allowed in attendance for that outing remains to be seen.
