WATCH: Titans star Derrick Henry does ridiculously difficult uphill workout

NFL Week 15: Lions-Titans, Derrick Henry

What do you do if you’re the NFL’s rushing king but don’t yet have a long-term deal rewarding you for your efforts? That’s a question Tennessee Titans star Derrick Henry is answering in a big way this summer as he prepares for the 2020 NFL season.

Check out this insane uphill workout from the former Heisman Trophy winner, who clearly isn’t resting on his laurels.

The level of difficulty here is off the charts. This dude is a machine!

Derrick Henry put up jaw-dropping stats last year

Entering the 2020 campaign, Henry has a lot to live up to after a tremendous 2019 season. He earned his first Pro Bowl bid, was a Second-team All-Pro and led the NFL in rushing with 1,540 yards. Henry also tied for the league lead with 16 rushing touchdowns and was clearly the engine that drove Tennessee’s offense.

Hit with the franchise tag this offseason, Henry is hoping to ink a long-term contract that locks him in place with the Titans and pays him like the other top running backs in the league.
