On Sunday night, Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott was on Twitch when he admitted he was “low-key faded.” On Monday, he saw a Sports Illustrated article in which he was accused of admitting to “being high.”

That’s a problem, from Elliott’s perspective.

Here’s a look at the short video in which Elliott shares he was “low-key faded.”

After he said he was faded, Elliott realized he hadn’t ended his Twitch stream and went to turn it off.

Ezekiel Elliott has a beef with Sports Illustrated

Responding to the video, Sports Illustrated wrote an article with the headline, “Ezekiel Elliott forgets to log off, admits to being high.”

Elliott saw that and was very displeased, to put it nicely. In fact, he’s threatening legal action.

Elliott also shared that he’s stunned that Sports Illustrated wrote that article.

If you click on the link to that article now, you can see that Sports Illustrated has taken it down. Whether that’s going to cut it going forward remains to be seen. Chances are, probably not.
