Raiders land former first-round pick Prince Amukamara on one-year deal

The Las Vegas Raiders have added another talented defender. Former first-round pick Prince Amukamara is joining the team in free agency.

Raiders set to sign Prince Amukamara to one-year deal

Dan Graziano of ESPN shared that the Raiders and Amukamara are working on a one-year deal.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Network said the two sides have agreed to terms on the deal.

Amukamara was the 10th overall pick out of Nebraska back in 2011. He spent his first five years with the New York Giants. Then he played one season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and has been with the Chicago Bears the past three seasons.

Heading into his 10th NFL campaign, Amukamara has racked up 10 interceptions, six forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries and 78 passes defensed. The veteran has appeared in 113 games, starting 99.
