Rob Gronkowski among those to compete in virtual beer pong tournament

Fans around the sports world have not been able to get their fix of live sports during the COVID-19 pandemic plaguing the globe right now.

In the stead of live sports, eSports has taken off to an extent. We’re now also going to be able to enjoy some notable names take part in a 16-team virtual beer pong tournament on Instagram Live.

This is not a drill, and it’s absolutely awesome.

According to TMZ Sports, former NFLers Johnny Manziel and Rob Gronkowski (of course) are among those set to compete in a tourney set up by musician Post Malone. They are joined by NFL player Travis Kelce and baseball pitchers Trevor Bauer and Mike Clevinger as other athletes set to compete.

We could not ask for much more from these individuals. It will definitely be worth our time as we continue to quarantine during the pandemic.
