Portland Trail Blazers veteran Trevor Ariza put his body on the line chasing after a loose ball Sunday night and went flying into the stands.
After a successful attempt at batting the ball back in bounds, Ariza did everything he could to avoid crashing into the fans in the front row. He ended up doing a sort of somersault and landed in the laps of the fans in the second row.
It could have been a dangerous sequence, but Ariza’s quick thinking saved the day. He and the fans involved were unharmed, and everyone got a kick out of the action.
