Report: Terrell Suggs will ‘strongly consider’ not reporting to any team other than the Ravens

For Terrell Suggs, it’s Ravens or bust.

Suggs was shockingly released by the Arizona Cardinals and can be picked up by any team via waivers. However, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the seven-time Pro Bowl outside linebacker will reportedly not show up for work if any team other than the Baltimore Ravens were to claim him.

Schefter wrote on Saturday that, “Any team that claims Suggs will owe him just over $350,000 for the final two weeks of the regular season. But Suggs doesn’t care about that money, he cares about returning to Baltimore, which is his overwhelming preference.”

Suggs, of course, spent his first 16 NFL seasons with the Ravens, winning a Super Bowl along the way. The future Hall of Famer would no doubt love to play out his career where it all started.

And of course, it doesn’t hurt that the Ravens are the toast of the NFL right now thanks to one Lamar Jackson.
