Ravens now Super Bowl favorites after win vs. 49ers

There’s a chance that Sunday’s game between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens was a Super Bowl preview.

Baltimore came out on top by the score of 20-17 in a well-played and hard-fought game between the two teams. The Ravens and 49ers are now tied with two other teams with the best record in the NFL at 10-2.

According to Caesars Sportsbook, Baltimore’s win over San Francisco now has the team as the odds-on favorite to hoist the Lombardi in Miami this coming February. It’s certainly a crowded group at the top.

  • Baltimore Ravens: 5-2
  • New Orleans Saints: 7-2
  • New England Patriots: 9-2
  • San Francisco 49ers: 6-1
  • Seattle Seahawks: 10-1
  • Kansas City Chiefs: 10-1

This promises to fluctuate a whole lot as the final quarter of the season plays out.

Fresh off their eighth consecutive win, MVP favorite Lamar Jackson and the Ravens take on a surprising 9-3 Buffalo Bills team in Week 14.

Meanwhile, San Francisco heads to New Orleans to take on the Saints this coming Sunday. It’s the culmination of the toughest three-game stretch in NFL history.

In between those two teams, the defending champion New England Patriots were exposed big time in a loss to the Houston Texans on “Sunday Night Football.” Tom Brady continues to struggle, and could be a detriment to team’s chances of repeating.

As it is, Baltimore made a statement at home against San Francisco on Sunday. It’s now up to these other upper-echelon teams to respond accordingly. It’s going to be an absolute blast.
