Seahawks’ Mychal Kendricks’ insider trading sentencing postponed again

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Mychal Kendricks was slated to be sentenced Thursday in Philadelphia after copping a plea on insider trading charges.

Once again, said sentence has been postponed and will now take place in February.

Kendricks initially pleaded guilty back in September of 2018 and faces up to 25 years in prison. However, he’s facing a much lighter sentence from authorities.

A second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2012, Kendricks was released by the Cleveland Browns after charges were filed against him. Despite his legal issues, Seattle took a chance on the Super Bowl winner.

Kendricks, 29, has recorded 49 tackles and three sacks in 10 games (all starts) for the Seahawks this season.
