LeBron James and Lakers celebrate with $3,500 bottle of cognac

The Los Angeles Lakers are in good spirits during the early stages of the season. LeBron James has teamed up with Anthony Davis to form a team that boasts a league-best 11-2 record.

Even before their blowout win over the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday, the Lakers were out and about in Los Angeles Saturday evening partaking in some pretty expensive booze tasting.

As TMZ Sports reports, Davis and James were joined by the likes of Dwight Howard, DeMarcus Cousins and Rajon Rondo at a fancy hotel. What did they do there? Sipped on a $3,500 bottle of Louis XIII cognac.

It was a way to celebrate Davis being featured on the cover of the most-recent Haute Living magazine.

As the report notes, there was no excessive partying this time around. It broke up around 10 with a game slated for the following evening.

Talk about living the good life. Though, this recent trek has us wondering what the Lakers might party with should they earn the NBA title in June. One thing we do know is that it will be turnt up, likely in Las Vegas.

On the court, King James and AD are already one of the best duos in the NBA. They are averaging a combined 49.5 points, 16.8 rebounds, 14.5 assists, 3.8 blocks and 2.4 steals per game.

That seems good.
