Dolphins RB Mark Walton suspended four games by the NFL

Mark Walton arrested

The Miami Dolphins are going to be without their top running back for the next four games.

The team announced on Monday that the NFL has suspended Mark Walton for violating the league’s conduct and substance abuse policies.

Not included in the Dolphins’ announcement is the fact that that this stems from a multitude of arrests, including carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and reckless driving.

Walton was ultimately released by the Bengals, who selected him in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Miami picked him up despite these cases pending.

The former Miami (F) star has put up 201 yards at an average of 3.8 yards per attempt in seven games (four starts) this season.
