Texas Tech defensive lineman Eli Howard made the dirtiest hit we’ve seen all year on Saturday when he went at the knees of Kennedy Brooks.
Sooners quarterback Jalen Hurts threw an interception, and as Douglas Coleman III was running out of bounds, Howard came crashing into Brooks, hitting him right on the knee.
Miraculously, Brooks was able to walk off the field under his own power. He was taken into the team’s medical tent and came out of it with a thumbs up to the crowd, somehow escaping the ordeal without a serious injury.
