Report: Minkah Fitzpatrick trade coming soon with six teams in mix

All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey is the subject of all the hot trade rumors all of a sudden, but Miami Dolphins defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick could be on the move in the meantime.

According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Fitzpatrick is likely to be traded by Tuesday, with six teams in the mix — the Washington Redskins, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks. Per La Canfora, the Miami Dolphins are expected to get first-round value for the former first-round pick out of Alabama.

Fitzpatrick requested a trade prior to the Dolphins’ Week 2 debacle against the New England Patriots. He played in that game but is clearly angling to get off the sinking ship that is the Miami Dolphins.

One of the premier slot cornerbacks in the league, Fitzpatrick is a player many teams would love to get their hands on. The big issue now is one of value, but if La Canfora is correct that may not be a problem for much longer.
