Derek Carr’s brother takes swipe at Antonio Brown with ‘Trojan Horse’ tweet

Derek Carr and the Raiders are struggling heading into Week 7.

Antonio Brown forced his way out of Oakland, and within hours of his release he was signed by the New England Patriots. When news of that predictable signing hit social media, David Carr, brother of Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, had something to say about it all.

Tweeting a single image of the infamous Trojan Horse, Carr left no doubt about his feelings.

Whether Carr is referring to a modern Trojan Horse, which represents a computer virus, or the one in Homer’s Odyssey, which led to the fall of the impregnable city of Troy, it’s clear he sees Brown in a negative light.

For what it’s worth, his brother expressed a sense of “relief” when Brown was ultimately released by Oakland. So it’s not hard to understand why Carr would feel the way he does.
