Antonio Brown officially active for Patriots debut

Antonio Brown sign Patriots

Embattled wide receiver Antonio Brown will make his New England Patriots debut Sunday afternoon against the Dolphins in South Beach.

New England released its list of inactives for the game. Brown was not included.

Most expected Brown to debut a little over a week after he signed with the Patriots. Though, that was thrown for a loop on Tuesday when Brown was accused of multiple instances of sexual assault by his former trainer.

As the NFL investigates the situation and meets with the alleged victim some time next week, it’s not yet known what Brown’s future holds.

What we do know is that owner Robert Kraft reportedly would not have signed off on bringing Brown in if the allegations surfaced prior to New England inking the six-time Pro Bowler to a one-year deal last Saturday.
