The NFL’s decision to reinstate troubled wide receiver Josh Gordon could be a boon for his New England Patriots team.
However, Gordon has remained on the non-football injury list. Until now. Reporters on the scene Sunday indicated that the NFL’s former leading receiver was in full pads during practice.
This seems to be a clear indication that Gordon will soon be activated from the NFI. Whether this means the former Pro Bowler will be good to go Week 1 remains to be seen.
New England has dealt with a plethora of injuries to its wide receiver group. Getting the talented Gordon back in the mix could be huge for this squad heading into the regular season.
