Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is doing what he can to bring a bit of happiness to a grieving family after the father passed away in a car accident last month.
Jamie and Christian Bell were with their father, Nicholas Bell, in a car accident last month in Colorado. The two twin boys survived the accident, but their father — a Bills fan who believed Allen is due for big things — did not.
Allen reached out to the Bell family on the boys’ birthday, inviting them to a Bills game of their choice. He also provided a No. 17 jersey, which the boys clearly cherish.
When the twins were asked why they like Josh Allen, they responded, “Because he’s my dad’s favorite, and he’s super good.”
No arguments from us here on that front. What a touching gesture from the second-year quarterback, who showed quite a tender side to reach these boys in this tough time.
