Report: Jaguars rookie LB Quincy Williams out 4-6 weeks with knee injury

The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without rookie linebacker Quincy Williams for the next four-to-six weeks after he suffered a knee injury.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media shared this news, noting Williams will need arthroscopic surgery to repair a “slight tear in his meniscus.”

Jacksonville selected Williams late in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The Murray State product has been making waves during training camp, with head coach Doug Marrone recently praising his speed.

If the timeline holds, then Williams should be able to return early this season for the Jaguars.
