As the rest of the NBA world prepares for free agency, MVP runner-up James Harden is doing his thing in China.
The Houston Rockets’ guard was seen vacationing in Shanghai on Saturday. Unfortunately, it did not come without a run in with authorities in the eastern metropolis. Just check out Harden being stopped by a cop as he rides what appears to be a scooter in Shanghai.
It looks like everything was resolved without incident. Though, there’s a ton of jokes that could be had here. Did the cop catch Harden traveling? Yeah, that’s the first one that came to mind.
Harden better be minding his Ps and Qs in China. He’s not built for their prison system.
All joking aside, let’s hope Harden is having fun in over in Asia. He deserves it after a record-breaking 2918-19 season.
