The San Francisco Giants are expecting to have All-Star catcher Buster Posey back Friday.
The backstop was placed on the concussion injured list this past Thursday.
Posey, 32, missed 57 games to injury last season and has not had a fully healthy campaign since 2017.
This season has seen the six-time All-Star hit just .245 with two homers and 13 RBI.
