WATCH: Bryce Harper hits another homer off former team

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

Philadelphia Phillies star outfielder Bryce Harper dominated his former Washington Nationals team in a series earlier this month.

Now taking on the Nationals for the second time in about as many weeks, the former NL MVP was back up to his old tricks.

Taking on ace Nationals starter and a teammate of many years, Stephen Strasburg, Harper went opposite field for a three-run blast in the bottom of the third.

It sure looked like Strasburg had fooled Harper. But his former teammate did a heck of a job to stay patient while recognizing it was an off-speed pitch.

This represents Harper’s fourth homer in less than 10 games with the Phillies. It also gave Philadelphia a 5-0 lead over its division rivals.
