Two Los Angeles Rams fans are suing the team after suffering injuries during a September 27 game against the Minnesota Vikings last season.

The attorney for Peter Bergin and Rebecca Tabacznik claims that a fellow fan was served way too much alcohol during the game — leading to an event that led to multiple injuries.

“(Barry) Novack (the attorney for the two) says that Bergin’s girlfriend was being accosted by a drunk fan when the guy reared back to punch her. Bergin claims he stepped in and took the blow to the face himself, causing him to fall back into Tabacznik,” The Blast reported Friday.

Tabacznik ended up suffering a brain injury because of incident while Bergin broke his nose and dislocated his knee.

The attorney also claims that the Rams didn’t have sufficient cameras or security at the scene to help avoid the fight. They are seeking unspecified damages.
