Former Pro Bowl offensive lineman Richie Incognito has struck a deal to avoid jail time stemming from an incident at a funeral home last year.

According to TMS Sports, the troubled former NFLer will get 11 months of probation and a 90-day suspended jail sentence. Incognito has also been sentenced to pay retribution and is not allowed to possess firearms during his probation.

Incognito was originally arrested back in the summer of 2018 after making threats directed at those handling his father’s passing at a San Diego funeral parlor.

He originally apologized for the incident while still claiming his innocence. A star for the 11 seasons, Incognito is best known for being a central figure in the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal with the Miami Dolphins back in 2013.
