Another AAF players signs with NFL team, per report

The fast demise of the Alliance of American Football put a ton of football players out of work. It’s been a really bad ending to what was a promising experiment just a few months back.

The good news here is that multiple AAF players have now latched on with NFL teams. The latest being wide receiver Rashad Ross who reportedly signed with the Carolina Panthers.

Ross, 29, was an original undrafted free agent back in 2014. He acted primarily as a kick returner in stints with the Bears and Redskins before finding himself out of the league back in 2016.

Ross joins the Panthers after showing out big time for the Arizona Hotshots in the AAF’s first and only season. He’ll compete for return duties.
