ABC is taking advantage of some star power, as Patrick Mahomes will join the network’s primetime coverage of the 2019 NFL Draft on April 25.
ESPN’s Bill Hofheimer announced the move on Monday.
Fresh off his 2018 MVP season, Mahomes is one of the hottest commodities the NFL has going right now. He threw 50 touchdown passes and threw for over 5,000 yards, becoming just the second quarterback in league history (joining Peyton Manning) to achieve those two milestones in the same season.
