It was just recently announced that Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry would star in the latest Facebook Watch series under the umbrella of his Unanimous Media production company and famed director Gotham Chopra.

It’s a continuation of a series that once starred New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady with Chopra also acting as the director for that documentary series.

Curry just recently posted the trailer for the series on social media. Needless to say, it looks absolutely legit.

The series includes his childhood as the son of then-NBA star Dell Curry in North Carolina. It takes us through his high school and college days before transitioning to the modern-day brand the two-time NBA MVP has built.

In between, Curry’s day-to-day life with his wife Ayesha and their young family is chronicled. The primary focus of the series is following Curry around for the past calendar year or so.

“We believe that athletes are their own media companies,” Dan Reed, Facebook’s vice president of global sports and media partnerships said recently, via the Washington Post. “And via social platforms like ours, we’re really focusing on athletes being able to take advantage of this medium in ways that weren’t possible before.”

We’re seeing more and more of this from of the sports world’s highest profile figures. Obviously, Curry is an international brand. We are certainly interested in watching the six-part series, titled “Stephen Vs The Game.”
