Where the Oakland Raiders will play in 2019 remains a mystery. And the team itself can’t say much more than that to its season-ticket holders.
According to Darren Rovell of The Action Network the Raiders are telling their season-ticket holders that while season ticket reps will continue to be in contact with them, where the team will play next season is still unknown.
The City of Oakland has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the Raiders. As soon as that happened, the floodgates opened.
Rumors have suggested that the Raiders could play as close as San Francisco (and possibly even Oakland), or as far away as London.
For the sake of the season-ticket holders, we hope that this decision will be made soon. Something like this lingering through an entire offseason would be inconvenient, to put it mildly.
