Really, this is some next-level thinking by the person who originally made the bet. Have people bet on your bet. If the $45,000 bid is legit, then the person who owns the ticket now is already making serious dough on a sure thing.
The person who ends up with the ticket might end up losing big, too.
The Saints are currently preparing to host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday during the NFC Championship Game. The Saints are currently three-point favorites over the Rams, and they won the first meeting between these teams with an offensive clinic.
It’s an interesting thing we’re seeing unfold here with the auctioning off of this ticket, and it’ll be fascinating to see if the strategy becomes a trend.
