WATCH: Bashaud Breeland with world-class thievery on pick-six

Past the point of desperation where they needed a big play, the Green Bay Packers defense finally provided one in Week 14 against the Atlanta Falcons. Cornerback Bashaud Breeland snatched the ball away from tight end Austin Hooper and returned it for a 22-yard touchdown.

Midway through the second quarter with Atlanta trying to move the chains, Breeland jumped the route perfectly and stole the football right out of Hooper’s hands, then ran untouched into the end zone for the score.

In a matchup between two teams that entered the season with grand expectations only to fall massively short, Green Bay now holds a two-score lead. Neither offense has looked very good in this game, so this one defensive play might just swing the game.
