Patriots’ Tom Brady added to team’s injury report

Already dealing with numerous injuries on both sides of the ball, the New England Patriots’ most-recent injury report for Wednesday included one interesting big name.

The Patriots listed future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady as a limited participant with a knee injury.

It’s not yet known exactly what’s ailing Brady, but this is the first time he’s been on the injury report since well earlier in the season. Given that Brady was a limited participant, it seems highly unlikely that he’ll miss Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

New England is coming off a bye and last played on Nov. 11. That game saw Brady and the Patriots blown out by Tennessee by the score of 34-10.

Joining Brady on the injury report is Rob Gronkowski. He’s also listed as a limited participant after missing each of the past two games with injuries to his back and neck.
