Cam Newton is a pretty good quarterback. He’s also a devastating blocker when he needs to be, as New York Giants linebacker Kareem Martin found out the hard way on Sunday.
Newton got ahead of a reverse run as a lead blocker and absolutely leveled No. 96 here.

Cam Newton just had the greatest block in the history of the quarterback position. He just smashed a LB. And the were squared up too. No blindside. Sure it helps that Newton is probably bigger but whatever @espn #SCtop10

Just a few plays later, Newton got the Panthers on the board with a 25-yard touchdown to Curtis Samuel.
