After an awful start to the 2018 season, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan was determined to deliver a bounce-back performance. He showed just that, taking on multiple defenders for his second rushing touchdown of the day.
Late in the fourth quarter with the Falcons in need of a touchdown to take a two-score lead against the Carolina Panthers, Ryan rolled out of the pocket then bounced off three defenders before falling into the end zone.

It marked his second rushing touchdown and his fourth total touchdown of the game. In a matchup against Cam Newton, it’s actually Ryan who has taken over the game with his legs.
Given all of the injuries Atlanta dealt with this week, it desperately needed Ryan to step up with a monster performance. This could be just the game Atlanta needs to turn its season around and gain some momentum for its offense.
