In an offseason filled with hilarious headlines from Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard, he seems to have topped it all with a ‘workout’ video posted on Saturday.
The 27-year-old is preparing for the start of training camp in his seventh season and his “workout routine” is certainly one of the more unique and hilarious routines we’ve seen from any athlete.

From wearing a cape and bouncing a basketball while playing tennis to being shot with a nerf gun as he drives for a layup, Lillard delivered the most entertaining workout routine you’ll ever see.
As Lillard mentioned, if he didn’t post the workout then we would have never known if he actually did it. Basketball fans across the globe already love the All-Star point guard and the adoration for Lillard will only grow after this video.
