The Cleveland Browns haven’t stopped thinking about potentially adding veteran free agent receiver Dez Bryant, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

The Browns made a roster move on Sunday, sending former first-round pick Corey Coleman to Buffalo, that led many to wonder if Bryant would be soon signing a deal in Cleveland.

Recently, Browns general manager John Dorsey confirmed that the team has discussed bringing Bryant on board.

Bryant hasn’t been an elite receiver since the 2014 season. He has suffered multiple injuries since then, missing 10 games from 2015-16. Even in a full season last year he wasn’t nearly the same kind of impact player he was in his prime, catching 69 passes for 838 yards and six touchdowns.

Even though he seems to have slowed down a bit, Bryant still could be a valuable weapon for the right offense. It remains to be seen if he’d be a great fit in Cleveland, where the Browns’ top receiver already has another player singled out as his ideal playmate.
