Clemson’s “Dancing with the Tigers” segment during a charity event this past weekend got what we’d call a bit risque.

It included star defensive tackle and likely 2019 top-10 pick Christian Wilkins performing a striptease for one of the woman on hand at the benefit.

It took place during head coach Dabo Swinney’s annual Ladies Clinic benefiting breast cancer research. And it was absolutely glorious.

Should he flame out at the NFL level, maybe Wilkins can find a job on a pole somewhere. After all, that was one heck of a routine and took some major talent.

Unfortunately, Clemson had to release a statement following the incident — a statement that’s indicative of the hyper-sensitive world we live in today.

“I think what’s been going around is certainly not indicative of what was actually going on,” Taylor said, pointing out that other performances were not as racy. “Clelin (Ferrell) was dancing with his mother out there,” Clemson’s sports information director Ross Taylor told The State. “I think the winner was swag surfing. That video that’s going around is certainly not indicative of what was going on the whole day.”

The charity event raised a cool $350,000 for breast cancer. Maybe, the focus should be a tad more on that than a young man giving a woman the time of her night.

In any event, it wasn’t the only risque moment of the weekend.

Do your thing, Tigers.
