There’s no better way to end a round than by holing out from the fairway on the 18th hole. Just ask Dean Burmester, who closed out an up-and-down round with an eagle on the final hole Thursday at Shinnecock Hills.
Just check out this miraculous shot, which came after an insane 411-yard drive, and his reaction to it.
Slam. Dunk. What a way to end your round, @BurmyGolf! #USOpen pic.twitter.com/dDilmkueuS

This eagle helped Burmester to card a 5-over-par round of 75 on the day, which given the incredibly high scores we saw from even some of the best golfers in the world has to be considered a win.
And in the end, Burmester threw his ball into the stands where one lucky fan got to take home a treasure to memorialize the moment.
