Twitter reacts to Cavaliers embarrassing Raptors in Game 2

The Toronto Raptors were six-point favorites to win Game 2 of their second-round playoff series to the Cleveland Cavaliers after losing Game 1 by the narrowest of margins. The team was so desperate for a win that the general manager sent out a note to local businesses asking for fans to be let out of work early for the game.

Through one half of play, it looked like Toronto would have a chance to exact some revenge for Game 1, up by two points. Then the Cavaliers went on a 18-5 run to open the second half, and the route was on.

In the end, it was a complete bloodbath. Lebron James scored 43 points, dished 14 assists, came two rebounds shy of a triple-double and set another playoff record passing His Airness in the process. Not surprisingly, his Cavs did whatever they wanted to in the second half to win by the score of 128-110.

Given Toronto’s struggles with postseason play in the past, especially against King James, Twitter was not kind to the Raptors for getting annihilated in this one.
