It seems that LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers have finally hit that stride. After being blown out at home in Game 1 of their first-round series against the Indiana Pacers, the Cavaliers won Game 2 in convincing fashion and absolutely dominated Indiana in the first half on Friday.
When all was said and done Cleveland boasted a 57-40 halftime lead in Indiana. James scored 13 points and added eight rebounds. Meanwhile, Cleveland’s usually crappy defense allowed Victor Oladipo to score just five first half points.
Needless to say, Twitter had some pretty awesome reactions to Cleveland’s dominating first half performance. Here’s the best of the bunch.
There are times where I legitimately don't understand how LeBron James is even possible.

Cavs not named Lebron James: 8-12 FGs, 23 of 31 points in the first quarter
Bronsexuals: “Lebron has no help”

I am so excited every single time the Cavs blitz Oladipo and rotate behind the play. These aren't your regular season Cavaliers, folks

The Pacers were fine beating LeBron and a lifeless Cavaliers team. Beating a Cavaliers team that's helping LeBron will be a bit tougher.

#Cavs defense outstanding in 1H, have taken the ball out of Oladipo's hands (5pts, 2-6FG) and shooting 54%FG – lead, 57-40; CLE, 54%FG, 5-10 3ptFG | IND, 48%, 4-12 3ptFG; Pacers didn't attempt FT in 2Q: for #Cavs: @kevinlove, 16pts, 6-11FG; @KingJames, 13pts, 8reb, 4asst. pic.twitter.com/cgfFpEPcbf

I mean, that’s about as great as a half as the Cavs could’ve played. The Others came alive

Considering the situation, that’s the best half of Kevin Love’s Cavs career. All star caliber for sure.

Gonna be tough to beat the Cavs when the most important player (Love) is cookin.

"Cavs needed 46 from LeBron to win by 3" Twitter is mighty quiet
