Le’Veon Bell wants ‘nothing more’ than to finish career with Steelers

Le'Veon Bell

The continued contract talks between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Le’Veon Bell have been a consistent source of drama in the offseason. It’s entirely possibly that Bell has played his last game for the Steelers. But that’s not exactly what he wants.

On Monday evening, the running back took to Twitter and left no doubt that he wants to finish his career in Pittsburgh with the Steelers.

From the outside looking in, Bell’s actions in the offseason indicate that he’s at least willing to leave Pittsburgh. He took the team name out of his Instagram handle. While that could mean little to nothing, recent reports have emerged stating that Bell will skip training camp if a new long-term contract isn’t reached.

Certainly, a lot can happen during the remainder of the offseason. But it seems like even if Bell leaves the Steelers, a part of his heart will remain in the Steel City.
