This was always going to be the next shoe to drop. Earlier in the week, reports surfaced that the Buffalo Bills were interested in drafting UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen. In order for that to even become a possibility, Buffalo would have to move into the top 10. Heck, there would be no guaranteed that the Bills land Rosen short of the team moving up to No. 1 overall. That’s not happening.
According to this report, Buffalo is indeed making calls to teams selecting in the top 10 to move up for a quarterback.

Current starter Tyrod Taylor will either be traded or released in the coming weeks. Nathan Peterman is nowhere near ready to take over the starting role. It’s in this that the Bills are going to be in the market for a quarterback. It now looks like the team is setting its sights on a rookie top-10 pick.
At this point, it’s possible Josh Rosen, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield and Josh Allen will all go within the top-10 picks. Who Buffalo might like beyond Rosen could dictate where the team trades up to.
The Bills boast two first-round picks (21st and 22nd selections) and two second-round picks in April’s draft. They surely have the ammo to move up. That falls in line with the above-mentioned report.
