The NFL is busting with breaking news this busy post-Super Bowl Thursday. Though, not necessarily every topic hitting the presses is “real” football news.
Marshawn Lynch’s agent Doug Hendrickson put an end to a rumor that the Oakland Raiders’ running back missed a meeting with new head coach Jon Gruden.

Hendrickson was not shy about blasting the parties responsible for the bogus report. Lynch, who is “intrigued” by working with Gruden, likely wouldn’t blow off such an important meeting.
If Lynch decides to remain with the Raiders, it should be interesting to see what role he takes on. In 2017, Lynch did not exactly perform up to the high expectations that the Raiders seemed to have planned for him.
