Report: Plenty of tickets still available for Falcons-Rams wild card game in LA

Rams

Rams tickets — and lots of them — are reportedly still available for this Saturday’s Wild Card game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

It has been 39 years since the Rams hosted a playoff game in Los Angeles. For whatever reason, this upcoming game between the Rams and Atlanta Falcons is not drawing a sold-out crowd.

Wide receiver Robert Woods, who played at USC, spoke up about what he hopes the vibe will be on Saturday evening.

“We’ll really find out this weekend, this night game, seeing the atmosphere, seeing how loud it gets,” Woods said, per Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk.”

According to the report, attendance at Rams games during the 2017 season was down approximately 25 percent from 2016.

For this upcoming wild card game, just 70,000 tickets have been sold, per PFT. For comparison sake, USC games usually attract crowds of 80,000 or more.

With that said, there is still time to purchase tickets to watch the Rams compete live in their first playoff game since 2004.
