Following Saturday’s win over the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets center Clint Capela said that the Rockets were “better than them.” On Monday, Golden State star Kevin Durant responded to Capela.
“You hear that from guys like Capela, who’s usually catching the ball or laying it up from CP or Harden,” Durant said, via Logan Murdock of The Mercury News. “His job is not as hard. I mean when your job is that hard you don’t say s*** like that.”

The Warriors and Rockets don’t play again in the regular season. But they do currently sport the two best records in the Western Conference. So, a playoff matchup between the two is certainly possible. If that happens, there may be a little extra juice behind it.
