The Arizona Cardinals will miss quarterback Carson Palmer who announced his retirement from the league on Tuesday.
Among those sending farewell messages to Palmer is cornerback Patrick Peterson, who will miss Palmer’s fun quarterback challenge contests.
We had some great times Carson! Congrats on an amazing career and thank you for helping change the culture here in AZ! Most importantly thank you for blessing us with the QB challenge! 🤣 #Memories pic.twitter.com/XVjheN7LbR

Palmer started the quarterback challenge game for the Cardinals. Each week, the loser of the contest would have to dress up in some type of embarrassing gear and strut around the field. Just take a look at this get-up Carson once wore.

Palmer’s veteran presence and sense of humor in Arizona will be missed by his teammates. The 38-year-old quarterback spent the last five seasons of his 14-year NFL career with the Cardinals. There, he produced a 38-21-1 record and one playoff run.
