Kenny Britt’s agent shades Hue Jackson, Browns after latest loss

Cleveland Browns receiver Kenny Britt

The Cleveland Browns were so close to winning their first game of the season at home against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Cleveland held a 14-point fourth quarter lead, only to see it all go up in flames. The culmination was a DeShone Kizer interception in overtime, leading directly to a game-winning score for the Packers.

By virtue of the loss, the Browns are now the first team in NFL history to start 0-13 in consecutive seasons. And the agent for the recently released Kenny Britt let the team know about it in a big way Sunday afternoon.

Here, Fadde Mikhail of Fakework Management tweets out an amazing amount of shade in the direction of the Browns and head coach Hue Jackson.

That’s just harsh.

Britt was released by new Browns general manager John Dorsey after the team fired former Executive VP Sashi Brown. It came mere months after Cleveland signed Britt to a four-year, $32.5 million deal.

Needless to say, Britt’s camp isn’t too happy with the Browns’ current regime, Jackson himself included.

Despite now boasting a 1-28 record as Cleveland’s head coach, Jackson’s job appears to be safe for the 2018 season. As it relates to Britt, he’s now free agent and able to sign on with another team.
