Josh Gordon: Damarious Randall ‘couldn’t hold my jock strap on my worst day’

Josh Gordon

Josh Gordon and the Cleveland Browns had some bright moments during Sunday’s heartbreaking loss to the Green Bay Packers.

Gordon was on fire early, and he finished with three catches for 69 yards and a touchdown (watch here). Yet after that, the man known as Flash was largely shut down by Packers defensive back Damarious Randall, who allowed just one catch going head-to-head with him.

When asked about the challenge of covering Gordon, per packersnews.com, Randall said, “He had one catch. Any more questions?”

Not surprisingly, those comments got back to Gordon Monday morning, and he had something to say in response.

We love to see confidence from our stars. Though, there is a major problem with Gordon’s response. He was shut down by Randall. So by noting “several of our disadvantages as a team” he’s essentially taking zero responsibility, thus throwing either his teammates or coaches under the bus.

The Factory of Sadness remains a stronghold for negativity. The team has won just a single game the past two years under Hue Jackson, who now holds the distinction of coaching the only team in NFL history to start two seasons in a row with a record of 0-13.
