Josh Rosen did not travel to Utah, out with concussion

Josh Rosen

Josh Rosen did not make the trip to Utah with UCLA in Week 10, but his unavailability for this upcoming game has nothing to do with his finger.

Rosen surprisingly is out with a concussion, per Ben Bolch of the Los Angeles Times.

This is rather shocking news. Rosen was pulled out of last Saturday’s game due to a finger injury. But this concussion is something new that had not been reported until Friday evening.

Rosen continues to have a rough go of it as the starting quarterback for the Bruins. Last year he missed half the season with a shoulder nerve issue, and this year the Bruins have been a train wreck aside from the moments of greatness he’s displayed to pull them into the win column.

It’s going to be interesting to see what happens the rest of the season, and whether he decides to declare for the draft or stays in school another year.
