The NBA has come down with its verdict to punish Stephen Curry for throwing his mouthpiece at an official over the weekend, and some might say it’s weak.

As Sam Amick notes, this isn’t the first time Curry has thrown his mouthpiece. He did it last year in the playoffs, and it hit a fan.
Iguodala also got hit with a fine, as Amick reports, for yelling at the ref.
For a team that’s coming off its second championship in three years, the Golden State Warriors are sure salty to open their current campaign. Maybe it’s because everyone’s still hating on them for building a super team, and then making it even stronger due to personal financial sacrifices.
Whatever. At least the swag level is “through the roof.” Who cares if it comes complete with real life Stephen Curry spittle?
